Wild bird baby fell out of nest

It's not my situation, but please help them I feel bad that I can't.

Does it have feathers? It's possible that they could take it to a wildlife rehab center--it's illegal to possess wild animals without a permit anyway. Until they can get it to someone more experienced they could try feeding it mushed-up bread, moistened kitten food, bugs, etc. (we fed a baby grackle in this way for two days until we could get it to the center) Also water with an eye dropper.

honestly that bird wont survive. its best if you put it out of its misery.
