Will this cracked egg hatch?

I'm on day 3 of incubating quail eggs and just noticed one of the eggs is slightly cracked at the bottom! Can I still incubate this egg? What should I do?

I had a very similar and successful experience. Take the egg out of the incubator, candle it (if there isn't anything developing just toss it), light a candle, 30 seconds later blow out the candle, pour a few drops of the hot wax directly over the crack, let it dry and return to incubator. I had one like this (on day 3 as well) and it hatched! He is named mr. Wax. A frizzled Naked Neck. It all depends on whether the membrane is broken through. If it is, it will probably die, if not it will most likely hatch!

Thank you for the help. Sadly I candled the egg and found out that the membrane was punctured and letting a lot of air bubbles in. When I broke the egg open, nothing was developing inside (no veins, no starting embryo).

Hope my other chickies make it out ok. Thanks again!
