willing to adopt a lonely hen in ME

if anyone in ME has an unwanted HEN that is friendly/docile/quiet and either a colored egg layer or a silver penciled plymouth rock, I may be willing to take it and give it a good home.

I am in Auburn. I just thought I'd take one off someones hands that they didnt want. I think my husband would kill me if I was 'intentionally' looking for chickens.
