I saw your ad for the plucker but never saw the trailer or I would have probably bought it. Pex tubing is an incrediblegood morning,
I got a call early this morning in reference to my C L ad for selling my real heavy duty trailer.
I just posted it yesterday,, long story short,, the trailer has a new home and I am $50.oo richer.
I am going to save all my C L earnings to buy PEX tubing and fittings.. I have to replace all the copper pipes in this house.. they just wear out after about 45 years.. we have been using repair tape on the pin hole leaks as they appear.
we have a plumber friend who said she would come and do the work as soon as we got the materials together..
I know I could do the job, but it would take me a couple of days to complete ..
luckily 99% of the plumbing is in the laundry room ..
the chickens have broken down and are eating the layer crumbles.. maybe soon we can expect some eggs ..??
got some worm meds from F & F .. the cat weighs 4 pounds.. she looks good, but she is long haired.. underneath she is just skin and bone.. I hope we can put a little meat on her..
she acts normally and seems healthy otherwise..
more than likely Brent's wild pig is just a ferrel pig.. and yes, it doesn't take them long to revert to wild.. when you get down to it,, pigs are just at the edge of being wild as they are..

Quote: this is all true,,
however, I have my nephew's pex tool kit..
If you used the shark bite fittings, they are expensive..
but the crimp fittings are about $1.5o /each
I will be using shark bite fittings where I connect with copper.. as it stands right now.
I might do a complete pex job and that will mean more fittings.. but then only 2 shark bites..
We redid all the plumbing in my mother's 2 story 8 room house with pex..
awesome easy to work with.. and stringing tubing from the laundry room up to the second floor bathroom was a snap..
I am going to run all 3/4 inch main tubing.. then reducing it to 1/2 inch at the sinks, toilet and laundry faucets..
I installed a walk in shower a few years ago and that is already pex..
I have to research the connections to the water heater and faucets..
I might be able to run 3/4 " all the way with a reducer fitting on the end,, if they make such a thing..??

I put the trailer ad on C L only yesterday,, the guy called me with an hour..
they don't like it if we advertise on byc/chz heads so we have to be careful what we say here..
