good evening all, I was gone all day.. most of all day..
I found out that the 9.00 series engine will work on the tiller.. A call to Troy Bilt was all that took.. apparently you divide foot pounds by 175 to get HP.. or something like that..
then I went looking for a metric bolt.. I thought I found 2 of them at Menard's but when I tried them in the motor at Fleet, they did not work either..
so far I have tried 8mm-1.00 and 8mm-1.25 apparently there is another 8mm-something out there.. tomorrow I have three more places to try for the correct bolt..
The appt. was with the small engine guy.. I decided against fixing the wrecked engine for now..
I am bringing two electric griddles to make pancakes on.. they work real well for bacon, sausage, steak, eggs. etc.. prolly hamburgers, too .
I could bring some americauas, How many should I bring? I think I have about 30 of them.. I also have about 40 guinea keets.
I thought I was finished hatching.. then this morning Marlene called me and said she was cutting some long grass and found a nest.. about 18 eggs.. doesn't know how old they are.. so we will just put a (?) on them and stick them into the bator..
gotta go chase the guineas in for the night..
