Nope it isn't that at all its who he is most comfortable with, dogs have senses that we don't they know how people feel/think about them and gravitate towards the one who sends out the most good vibes the puppy likes. Also from the natural instinct to gravitate towards who is the leader of the pack, and they aim to please the leader, its a social thing that came from there ancestors the Wolves..............
All my dogs have done that since 4ever even Adams dog Gidget, who was already 4 when he came here is my dog...... she don't bark for Adams attention but if she see's me, she will have ten fits until I go see what she wants............ I don't where the pants here that's Adams job, but all my critters know who is the head B_ T C_ around here. Even my horse, she will not come for Adam to halter her, neither will Lia the pony, but when I whistle em in they come right to me an and I have no trouble at all getting them haltered, my Farrier thinks its hilarious......... Even Adams Jack will come to me, and he pays him way more attention, because I am always taking care of the girls.......So I think it really is a sense they feel from us, treats help too I suppose.........LOL ya can get a chicken to do anything for a treat and they don't care who ya are.......just give me the darn treat already hehehe
Well interesting night last night I got a surprise visit from my hubby, guess he really did miss me, he couldn't get me on the phone I was painting a door for a friend, so he just drove home got here about seven, to surprise me......... It was a very nice visit because I was missing him terribly......... Wish I had known though because I would have preffered to make him a nice big supper, instead he got McNCheese and Polish sausage, I didn't have time to thaw anything........ and I don;t really eat a big meal when he is isn't here. Half the time I don't eat, just toast or something quick. need stuff for salads them are my favorite stand by meal.............or eggs of course.........
Good Morning Jim, I hope you have a better day with Grandma today, she sure can be stubborn, is it me or does that seem to have worsened as of late? Yah post pictures of that doggy mansion you built, its very nice made dog house Heck Id live in it if I was smaller.......
Now don't be too grumpy today its gonna be nice outside, at least for now. I just heard the weatherman say below normal temps this winter and above normal snowfall, 65 inches, heavier early snow fall...........yuck, but it is Wis. it will make those snow mo bumble fans happy............Not me though I can never get our 4 wheeler started without Adam how the heck am I gonna plow up all that snow.........and how is he gonna get in the driveway with that big truck in all that snow if I can't plow it........... GOOD grief I'm gonna have to pay someone to plow this year, I haven't had to do that in almost 11 years............ Maybe 1 or 2 times when the snow was high and heavy for the 4wheeler to push.
Man I am bored already the critters are fed, even my house chicken had her egg, the boys all had pancakes, and the horses are chowing down some hay..........now what am I gonna do I already cleaned the house yesterday, maybe I'll go clean the coop again............... so anyway Have a great day all.................Kim
