Work dilema

I find efficiency by making lists. If I write it down, it gets done.
There's a secret adrenaline rush to checking something off the list.
And yes, force yourself to give up daytime BYC. It's no fun, but necessary.

first - go to your doctor and get checked for low blood sugar, and anaemia. and your blood pressure too - my recent inability to concentrate was caused by my BP being too low (overmedicated)

second - post-its, a notebook, and lists.
