Worms after dewormimg?

Need some help. I'm in Idaho and new to chickens. In Dec we treated our hens with dewormer (pellets mixed with food). Have an appx 1.5 y.o. Barred Rock hen. She's been molting and upon inspection of a recent poop found small white worms moving around. Is this normal? She's starting to look better but I'm worried. Do I need to retreat the whole flock? I know dewormer should be used sparingly...

What dewormer did you use? It sounds like whatever you used did not target or affect the kind of worms you have.

Strike III Type B Medicated Feed. (Hygromycin B) a pellet dewormer that was mixed into their feed. Targets Roundworms, Cecal and Capillary. Should we retreat the flock? They all seem healthy otherwise...

I'd go ahead and worm with something broad spectrum like Valbazen. Either the first wormer didn't kill the worms off in the first place or they picked up more worms.
