Olive Eggers are mixes.

I thought olive eggers are like easter eggers in that they could have muffs or beards or the may not.

I like to think of Olive Eggers as a subcategory of Easter Egger.

If you are able to keep him and breed him to other colored egg layers, opens up alot of possibilities for egg color.

I have one other from a blue egg but I think it is also a rooster. What are the chances of getting some blue or green egg layers if I breed him to a brown layer?

If your boy (the one you posted about) is a true olive egger, then breeding him to a dark brown layer will give you 50 percent that lay a dark brown egg and 50 percent that lay a darker green egg. The exact shade will depend on the shade of brown the brown egg layer is.
I just crossed a silkie (tan egg layer) with an olive egger and have two pullet chicks from that cross. I expect they will either lay a darker brown than the silkie or a lighter green than the olive egger, if that makes sense!

If your rooster from the blue egg has blue egg parent on both sides, then if you breed him to a brown egg layer, you will get chickens that lay green eggs, again shade depends on the shade of brown the parent chicken lays.
