Would you leave negative feedback?

Oh, and after two more purchases around the same time, I swore I'd NEVER buy eggs from EBAY again!
Besides, The BYC community is much more friendly, intimate and honest!

Here are the ones that were totally demolished. The others were taken out and washed off- some of the ones taken out were cracked badly-The dog had breakfast with those.

I only sell on here. I have ressent eggs if I was not happy with the hatch. so far nothing like that has happened to my eggs

eh hem.... paypal......................!!!!!! get your money back and leave negative feedback. First tell him you want new eggs. If he says screw you, get your money and let ppl know. We don't want to deal with a person like that, and feedback is what warns the rest of us.

Did you pay with Paypal? I'd file with them for items received broken and then leave him negative feedback after you've gotten your money back. If he's taken the money out already, they'll seize his account and he won't be able to use it anymore without whatever money coming in being taken out and given to you. Good luck!

Did the seller say in his description that he would replace broken eggs? Most I have seen clearly state that they are not responsible for what happens once they are in the hands of the USPS or whoever delivers the eggs. Did you ask how they would be packaged before you bought them? You can leave negative feedback if it makes you feel better, but I don't think that legally you can do much unless you can prove negligence or fraud on his part. The old rule says. "let the buyer beware" It sucks, but that is what can happen when you buy from someone you don't know. What was his feedback rating?

He said he would work with me- His feedback now is 100%, but he just started selling again after a year or so.The prior feedback was horrible- I hate leaving neg feedback- I have had it done to me in the past over something stupid and it takes so long to get it back up. I could understand 2 or 3 broken ones, but not over half of my order. Im going to just forget about it- Its just eggs , and its just feedback- I know now not to buy from him again...

Distasteful as you may find it, you should leave negative feedback, and get your money from Paypal too!
It would be different if it was the Po's fault, but it obvously isen't.

Last week, I saw an add from some guy who said his eggs would be "Well packed" and the box filled with sawdust. Sawdust?!
