WTB: Singer Featherweight 221

Looking for a Singer Featherweight 221 older machine , with the manual and pedal if available.
I looked on ebay but can't spend $400 for one. I have several older machines I use on occassion, and just thought I'd ask if maybe someone here might have one they'd like to sell.

does it have to be a 221?
I have a Singer Spartan 3/4 bed. Looks like the 99k but a british model.
