Wyoming Unite!!!!

That tail is enormous this year. He is almost 3 years old now and it must be close to 5' long. I haven't noticed the guineas bothering it so far. All the poultry has been confined for most of this month. The high today is 12 I think. minus 7 this morning. Looks like we will have below zero weather up here for at least the next week. :barnie
It is 50°F here now and the wind is really howling.

I let everyone out almost everyday even when it is really cold.
 
That is the prediction! I guess Rawlins got some snow last night but it didn't make it to us. Supposed to get ours around Friday I guess.
I looked in the garden and there is the first Johnny Jump Up bloom of the year. Lots more of them are up but only the one is in bloom.
 
This weather is so unusual for February. It was -5 at 5 am and it's up to zero now at 7:30. At least we have sunshine and I will let the birds out this morning even if it's still cold. No wind.

On the bright side I've had chicks hatching since last evening. 8 chicks so far and at least 12 more eggs pipped. :jumpy
