Wyoming Unite!!!!

Some folks from Lander came in today to get four of my Sweetgrass poults. They said they got snowed on this morning. Fortunately it was rain here.

No snow here either, but plenty of rain. Lander can keep the snow! Nice sale on the poults.
 
I forgot to move the guinea eggs to the hatcher last night. By the time I got around to moving them this morning, one was already pipped. When I checked later this morning, there was one that had already hatched. It isn't the one that was pipped so it did not waste any time between pipping and zipping.

The North Platte River has been making people nervous. The water has gone down quite a bit since I took these pictures yesterday (thankfully!).

You are upstream of the dams so the river fluctuates much more for you than it does for me. Here, it is up a little but never comes close to flooding. They control how high it gets by how much water they let out of the dams.
