I think one year at a UPA convention they had a door prize that was a pair of green peafowl. If only I was there!

The price for the ticket sounds like a good deal for sure. I think everyone with space for that peacock should get a ticket or tickets if they want him. This seems like a pretty sweet deal to me.

Definitely let me know if Rocking BAB ever donates some green peafowl for a raffle.

Sigh, that's what I thought had happened, because I did that today and couldn't find anything about it. How strange... I dunno what's up? Oh well, it wasn't my number, so too bad. I do wish the winner would post photos when he/she gets the bird home, though

I dunno what's happened with UPA, I even went to the forum, as well as to the main website, and couldn't find a thing about the bird auction, and the forum continues to be almost inert. It looks like whatever is happening at all must be going on with the Facebook page... but then there are old fogeys like me that just don't do Facebook, for whatever reasons
