YO GEORGIANS! :)

I'm going tomorrow to look at a Lavender Ameraucana roo and a black AM roo.
Someone local has some she needs to thin out.

Hoping when I get there I like the look of them.

She also has Wheaten and Blue Wheaten Ameraucanas. But until I get the other pens set up, I need to stick with colors I have.

Good luck! Why I got from a reputable buyer always wanted true and always ended up with ees! I'm going in right direction now. Too many variables to look at leg color eye color beards color skin color you'd have to be a chicken doctor to pic them out lol

I just saw my RIR roo mount a hen for the first time (at least in front of me)   But I don't have them separated out yet, so any eggs would be suspect.
Out of curiosity, how many hens do you think a roo will fertilize dependably?   I have the one RIR roo, and 17 hens.     When I get the pen sectioned, how many hens will I want to put him with?

I could be wrong, but from what I understand it is 1 roo to every 10 hens....
