Is this typical or a rare occurrence?

Who’s to say anymore? There have been cold periods every winter, sometimes below zero. Hot periods, sometimes above 100 in summers. Interspersed w tornadoes, floods, and occasional nice days....

It seems like nice days are getting harder and harder to come by.
It's either too hot too cold pouring down rain scorching your skin off or the wind is blowing 90 miles an hour.

Please check the official map, you will see that Mankato, even though it is in Minnesota, is a Southie town.

It’s a common error, many think they are Northerners few actually are.

There are actually people living in South Dakota that think they are northerners. How foolish, especially when the name of the place starts with “South”.

I’m still fairly certain that Nebraska counts as neither a northerner state or a southie state. It is the most beautiful fly-over state there is with its own crazy set of weather and rules.

You would be wrong, Nebraska fits solidly in the Southie column.
