My birthday is November so I’m glad I’m a Southie! Luckily I’ve got a bunch of banana tress with lots of leaves. Just hope I don’t run out and have to turn to the thorny aloe vera plants!

I'm partial to those big fuzzy mullein leaves in a pinch, but being as I was an April baby, I have a bidet for that.

Mullein is known as the flannel leaf plant! Makes great toilet paper! Also used to treat respiratory symptoms, coughs. Might be this weed is just what the world needs right now.
It gets huge, currently ours are about this size, here in the middle south.

Supposedly, mullein tea is anti-viral, anti-bacterial and reduces respiratory inflammation. I'm drying some leaves now. Flowers won't come till later.
