Lake Huron is completely in the Southie area...

One of the criteria to be a Northerner area is being free of poisonous snakes.

You notice we even cut off a portion of Minnesota, simply because someone said once they might have seen a poisonous snake there.

From what I've read it's a genetic thing. Some people experience the taste as that of soap because of their taste buds. I love it; DH hates it--says it tastes like soap.

That is crazy...I need to start asking more people if cilantro tastes like soap to them!

Me either but I wouldn’t call myself a south. Despite being born in Florida, and living most of my life in Savanna Georgia I have always preferred the cold, now live in Maine and I love having winter with the cold. 29 and I’m wearing a light sweatshirt.
