X22 roosters for 3 hens isn’t the best roo to hen ratio.
You'll have less problems with them fighting if you don't bring in hens, unless you get 8-10 hens for each roo.

Maybe i'll just get a few more roosters then. All of my chickens are going to be inside most of the time when they are big enough to wear chicken diapers.2 roosters for 3 hens isn’t the best roo to hen ratio.
So they won't bother the neighbors. Usually in my neighborhood we don't socialize much and my neighbors kind of creep me out.Maybe i'll just get a few more roosters then. All of my chickens are going to be inside most of the time when they are big enough to wear chicken diapers.
I dont think so. But my chicks stay inside most of the time unless im in school. When they are outside I put them in a rectangular little play area with chicken wire around it. Theres a bale of hay against one of the shorter sides and a cat thing (like the ones on cat towers) and a bright orange stuffed moose that used to belong to my pet hamster (bear, he was a roborovski hamster) infront of the hay and there is a bowl with their food and water on the other side, which gives them enough space to play around and dustbathe in a little patch of dirt. Are you allowed to have roosters in your neighborhood?
Thank you for the infoI have seen that when I take my babies from crumbles to pellets, eventually they start to eat, maybe mix their food with hardboiled eggs to give'm protein and electrolights in their water would be helpful.
What is flock raiser and grower feed? I've gone into Tractor supply, and they just keep telling me they should eat the pellets for the protein to help them keep warm but don't have anything or answers to what to feed them since they don't need to have hardened eggshells. Maybe its there and I just don't know what I am looking for or not explaining myself to them very well.Maybe try feeding them wet crumbles? If they're roosters, it would be a better idea to not feed them layer pellets at all. If they were mine, I would feed them wet flock raiser or grower feed and see if they eat that.
