Young roosters

Pics
I'm gonna get two female chicks for myself around christmas and im gonna keep the roosters that I have inside while the hens stay outside all day (when they are old enough). That way the rosters wont be fighting over females, and I can put the rooster that is the gentlest and nicest with the hen that is the gentlest and nicest when they are both old enough (I'm allowed to have five chickens) and I'm gonna breed them for a sweet and gentle chick. When i have that chick I'll have five chickens.

My mom says i cant have quail because i 'dont take care of my chickens' but i clean up after them, give them fresh water twice a day and fresh food every other day, i set them up inside when its too cold or looks like its gonna rain, i put them outside on good days, and i buy their food with the very little money that i have instead of asking my mom to pay for the food. I also have "cuddle time" before i go to bed and put them in bed, where i set them on my lap and just pet them for a few minutes until they start to fall asleep then i put them in their box with pine shavings that i clean every day. How is that not taking care of them?

Both of my baby chicks (7 weeks old now) are roosters.they have been together their whole lives. I was wondering if roosters that are raised together will fight eachother when they are older
Whether they fight each other is immaterial. One brother will dominate the other brother, The more similar in size, power, and strength, they are the more likely that they will duke it out for dominance of the flock.

One of them is smaller than the other, but the other is a breed that i have read is known for being gentle, so....
