Your favorite thing about Fall!

Camping....Fall has the perfect camping weather. Grab the kids, hook up the boat, throw in the polls and hit the river. Just can't beat it.

Yep! havent been in years though.We live close to a state park and I see campers drive by all the time. Wish I had more time for that.

I definitely haven't been as much as I like this year. We usually are on the water at least once a month for a weekend. The San Jacinto river below Lake Houston is my stomping grounds. Great fishing. Fresh and saltwater species. From Large mouth bass to red drum. Blue catfish to speckled trout. And everything in between. I prefer to camp on the side of the river away from the crowds at camping grounds.

We just moved to Florida from New Mexico so big change, the thing that kills me is this humidity.

What I enjoy might be a Florida heavy, thick lava air thing, but sometimes there will be a small stream of cool air that will flow by you, like someone left the door open and the air conditioning is escaping. I am always happy when it happens in the greenhouses because it is such a relief...until I realize that freezing weather is around the corner and I have to heat those greenhouses.

Sounds cool. My DSO is in Del Rio Area for the week For work. Was there earlier this year too. Got to go visit. San Antonio and Del Rio Area. Very cool.

I am in love with the leaves as they turn it amazes me that God could turn death into something so beautiful. The cool nights sleeping with the windows open until the roosters wake up anyways.

Thanks we love our chickens they are a full time hobbie.
Chickens were on both sides of my family but I never was interested but now I am an addict.

I know the feeling...................

. My Dad's cousin just outside of Monroe had a farm with a ton of chickens and a few pigs, and lots of acres. Never thought I'd have any farm animals, but here I am with chickens! Just love 'em!


One more thing I like about Fall is ScarecrowS!
