Never have had mountain oysters. Odd since I live in the midst of cattle country.

Well, as far as the clam chowder one gets in Kansas, it's okay. I've the feeling if I ever had it made with fresh clams it would be an no reservations YUM!

How about had both but the oysters where rocky mountain and I still make the
the sauerkraut from germany

Me, too. Grew 16 heads of cabbage in the garden this year - just for saurkraut!

How about okra?
