You did a great job remodeling the playhouse into a coop!! Amazing job! Only think I didn't like was the heat lamp. Not a big fan of the fire traps. Extra food like scratch and cracked corn help them give off their own heat for the winter.
I love seeing big roomy coops. You can NEVER have too much space for chickens!! But for protection for your babies, I would add a apron around the edge so nothing can dig in. And also use Hard Wire Cloth for it and the windows.
