zero feedback. Please feel free to bombard this seller with messages telling them how bad they are for stealing images.

Ebay seller info removed
Please keep non BYC disputes off this board. Thank you.

you own the copyright for that photo.... maybe threaten them with legal action. not worth the hassle, I suspect, but still might frighten them out of it

watermark your images and then on your site - when people follow the watermark- tell them how you don't sell on e-bay, or only sell under the name XXXXXXXX - everyone else is a thief.

That is crummy! However- if I was going to steal images- I'd most likely take yours

Not many sellers know this since Ebay failed to tell them, but according to the new policies, you are automatically opted-in for image sharing and to use your auction listing as a template for others. You have to go under your settings and opt-out of this policy.

Another thing you may want to do is put your farm name across the pictures. That way you have additional proof that the picture in question is yours.

The seller did nothing wrong in Ebay's eyes because you are opted-in to this new policy.

i have never used that image on ebay. The seller lifted it from my site. I guess I will have to pull everything and watermark it...
