    I have a Free rooster if any one is interested. He is a OE too I hatched myself. Neighbors are starting to complain and I'm not supposed to have one. He pecked at me yesterday so that was the last straw. Any one wants him let me know. Chicken soup is fine too. He is about 6 or 7 months old...

    I am thinning my flock. I haven't been able to finish putting my fence up or finish my coop.. My birds are WAY to big to be in the 6'x6' enclosure I have them in. I am going to keep 5 I have 11... I only have 1 rooster but he has to go. The rest are hens. All of my birds are about 3 months...

    Ugh. I just moved my brooder from my basement to my garage over the weekend.. Hopefully my garage doesn't get too cold. They are 6 weeks old now and I still have a heat lamp in there but they are saying it is supposed to get bitter cold overnight. This will be a rude awakening to my chicks.
