As writers and photographers, we have to start taking these people to court. They think we wont. And they wont stop until they know we will. ~Suzanne McMinn on the subject of copyright infringement and intellectual property rights.

I just put the link to the site so there wouldn't be any question of copyright etc.

Why do they eat sawdust? When out working on projects, if there's sawdust from the task, they're peck, peck, pecking at it! It drives me crazy! It can't be good for them, but my brother says let em eat it, it'll reduce my feed cost! (jk)

First, have your picture on your computer, name the file something easy...
Found this, thought it was interesting enough to share. (from Mother Earth News March/April 1970) I find older outlooks, whether from the 70's or going all the way back to turn of the century interesting. Lots of things (though not all) hold true, science isn't everything after all!

If ordering birds, either chicks or juveniles or older too I guess, and they say a "Trio" is that always going to be a cockeral and two hens? And is a "Pair" always one of each?
I've been all over trying to find any site that specifies, and no one does which means probably everyone already...
Ok, so, my complex bizarre question is Ive had chickens here off and on over the years, and Im pretty good with them. I am really thinking though that Id love to get some ducks BUT, I have to explain some things.
