Do hatching eggs by post need to settle ?
This is first time I have ordered hatching eggs by post. I am expecting 12 Silkie eggs any day to arrive and I intend to place them under broody hen, do I need to let them settle for any length of time first? Got two new muscovies yesterday approx 4 mths old and noticed as soon as got this one drake out of box he had problem with wings although when he stretches them out they look fine, but this is how he looks when relaxed. Is he to old to try wrapping the wing down? -

Is this normal molting for Muscovy?
One of my Muscovies has started losing her feathers but only from back of her neck down to top of her back is this normal molting? Its has been extremely hot this past month would that cause it? My other one does not have this problem, I am worried there is something wrong. -

Is it safe for chicks and hens to eat watermelon skins?
I had frozen watermelon and gave it to them as a treat in this hot weather and they loved it and I left them tucking into it. but when I went back out to check on them they had eaten the skins also, is it safe for them to eat the skins?- Sadiew

Help I think one of my young hens has broke her leg

Is cat litter suitable for ducks?
Hi I am rearing two baby ducklings at home until they are old enough to go in outside run but finding straw in box is hard to clean out without totally emptying it out completely at least twice a day and wondered if I could use cat litter as I have a lot of that for my cat and could scoop that...
