Just wanted to give you all an update....things are improving! The birds have recently been de-wormed and their diet is much better. The male is looking better although he has a way to go yet. A new coop is in the works and I have been asked to find plans/dimensions...so I have been checking...
Yes they belong to my boss. Its hard for me to explain, I go for walks.....I usually have a pocket full of sunflower seeds or something to toss in the pen.
So I can put the wormer on bread? I was going to ask because these birds have never been handled. What about the poultry dust, does that...
thank you for the advice...if I thought I could make a report anonymously I would..I think my best bet is to convince the owner to take better care of them
I am posting this again because I'm not sure if the first post was seen by anyone.
I need advice regarding 2 peafowl that are not mine but I have been trying to help them for close to a year now. First of all, I have to be careful not to loose my job....
They are somewhere between 6-10 years...

Thank you Frosty. Do you let yours outside in the winter?
I have to say thank you to everyone for all of your advice. I haven't had any response from our local bird sanctuary.

Thanks for your reply, I appreciate the advice. I'm not in the U.S. I live in Canada so I will have to look for something closer to home. I was hoping the chicken idea was a good one, but I don't want to risk making him ill.
I am also wondering about the winter. I have read that a peacocks feet...
