greenpeeps, mine are from meyers and I only have 4 plus roo and get 4 eggs a day! Their personalites are wonderful.They love treats and will follow you everywhere with great hope in their hearts, also no weeds left in yard or garden and I suspect bugs are greatly reduced also. Enjoy!!

ChickenBond, don't worry these birds make great free range! Due to husband ability to procrastinate mine are still in the garage! They roam our 1 acre yard and interact with us, dog, pigeons, cats and other chickens who fly in, It is all good! They come running/ flying when called every night...

We have shipped racing pigeons all over the country and they do just fine.Several birds have gone straight thru in 24hrs. The post office always calls and we can pick them up before they even open.Never lost a bird in 40yrs.

pathfinders, good cause I really like my Buckeyes.If I had found this site as a source would have used it however I only wanted a few and could find only one source willing to work with me.But if I add too and try improve I know where to come. ps I now am getting 4 eggs aday which is really cool!

Cars, at the risk of being hung, tarred and Feathered.I got my Buckeyes from a hatchey because I only wanted a few ... 6 hens and a roo which is exactly what I got. Not going to show or etc. just going to enjoy a wonderful breed of chicken!
