We finally got the roof replaced on the chicken run today, and DH got a load of sand and pea gravel laid down in the run. Now our girls won't have paddle through nasty puddles in the run. It all looks so much better.
My DH drove me nearly 2 hours from the other direction that Cloverleaf's DH drove her to the same chicken show. We had a BYC potluck, and this followed me home.
I went to the airport and picked up my DH. He has been gone for nearly a month. He was in Wisconsin teaching schools at the factory. But now he's home for a week.
All the nasty little dogs are so happy that DH is home. They get to play more when dad is home with them. Mom is much more boring.
I decided to get the incubator set up again, and I am going to try and hatch some of the eggs. My Roo Homer had to be re-homed today, because he wouldn't keep his mouth shut. Any way DH caught him doing the deed with the girls, so I am going to give the girls eggs a chance.
