Henry is 10 days old. He only weighs 9.7 oz. I have been scrambling duck eggs every morning and he eats a "soup" (his food mixed with water). We love him so much! Here he is taking a nap on me. Here is a video of him today. Please don't laugh at the voice I use to talk to him. I know its silly. Lol

Henry is still hanging in there. I have watched him eat and drink. It's hard for him but he can do it. Henry weighs 5.2 ounces and Vine weighs 9 oz. Look at the size difference! Oh and I'm soooooo in love with goslings! They are so fun!

If we loose Henry I might have to buy some from you so Vine isn't alone. BUT lets pray he makes it!

Just wanted to give you an update. We lost 2 out of the 4 goslings on Saturday. We lost the one with wry neck and also another one. The one that didn't have wry neck it was never as strong as the others. I took both of them to the poultry lab today to find out why they died but the doctor told...

Good news!!!! So I candeled and this is what I found: one egg with a small pip. Two eggs with movement and close to piping. Three eggs with no movement but the development was perfect. So I'm hopeful!!!!!!

Just the one. It was broken and tons of yucky yellow stuff was all over it. I believe it had started to incubate and was an early quitter. When I candeled around day 10 one looked differently than the others. I should have taken it out but I left it.
