sorry I read it as bind off the 4 knit to end turn bind off 4 knit to end then decrease one begining of every other row 4 times so it would be decrease = knit 2 together I might be wrong though

hang in there I don't explain things well, someone with teaching skills is bound to come along . Oh and my hubby know how to knit as well. His mom taught him. And then she taught me.

Nurse post it please I want to know how to do that.I boutght some really soft yarn made of bamboo just for socks and its feeling neglected cause I have no idea how to knit them. And I love doing the cable stitch so If you find a pattern with that it would be great . Have to go find that cable...

wow that is confusing maybe I'll just stick with the sweaters though I haven't made one of those in ages

wildsky you don't need 2 circular needles you just need 2 skeins of yarn I do that when I'm doing sweater sleeves that way I do both at once

it took me a long time to learn the european method. But I had no choice because I had a frozen shoulder for a while and was in the middle of a project I had to finish. So I could knit but couldn't move my shoulder to wrap the yarn around.

when you knit european your hands never come off the needles, American you pick your hand of the needle to wrap the yarn around.

ok well I am left handed but my MIL who taught is right so she taught me right so I don't turn my work around I knit down left and back right. hard to explain I knit european which is to say I don't throw the yarn over I pick it up with the needle , so if I'm working my stitches off the right...
