«We Could Be Legends»

"F-fine...just shifted...one to many times," Wolfram huffed. He looked around the group, and shook his head, "we won't all fit in–" he stopped, his head swiveling around to stare at a house across the street. It was incredibly old, and abandoned, but the ominous creaking that it emitted unnerved the shifter. Suddenly it gave a massive creak, before the house literally fell apart before his eyes. "Oh no."
(Little Dorrit flashbacks)
Still in human form, Sherri screamed and turned her ears back, fluffing her tail. "Mapleshade!" She hissed. "Brisa, use your powers! With the heat vision and telekinesis, you can locate Mapleshade, and maybe steal the key!"
(Eek! The responsibility! :p )
Wolfram slapped his hands over his ears as the creaking noise grew louder, emitting from every building. "We have to get out of here, now! I think I know what's happening!"

"What do you mean?" Sherri was already 30 feet away, ears pinned to her head, tail electric.

"The town is falling apart, Sherri! We have to get out of here!" Wolfram snarled, pulling the door to his car open.

Wolfram snatched his keys from the seat of his car, and hissed at Sherri. "Come off it, Sherri! I'm trying here!" He glanced back at the group, "my car can only fit so many people. Who ever can't shift into a fast running animal, get in."
“Why is the town falling apart?!” Brisa yelled at him over the loud crashing sounds of houses collapsing around them. Flicking back and forth between her heat and X-ray vision, she spotted a small feline figure darting out from behind the now destroyed old house. “Guys, I think Mapleshade’s over there!” She pointed, shading her eyes in an attempt to see better.

"If we get out of here I'll tell you," Wolfram hissed, "get in, now, Brisa. We have no chance at winning against her."
(FYI: Mapleshade is not by the house, she actually isn't anywhere near them rn.)

Wolfram turned on his heels, staring back at the group, "Bleddyn, Ash, Sherri and..." He paused, glancing guiltily between Lachlan and River. He winced, but nodded at Lachlan, "and Lachlan, get in my car."

Wolfram turned on his heels, staring back at the group, "Bleddyn, Ash, Sherri and..." He paused, glancing guiltily between Lachlan, River and Indigo. Lachlan's my friend, and River took me into her house even though she didn't have to. My loyalty should be to them first, but...they're both shifters, and Enchantress isn't...
"....Indigo. Get in the car, now." He glanced at River and Lachlan one last time. What if they can't run fast enough?! What if one of the falling building's hit them....what if...

(Indigo isn't there. She and Jessi went to the Multitude.)

Jenna unfortunately existed. "Everyone who's left, get in my car." She said and got in the drivers seat.

Lachlan bit his lip, the sound of crumbling buildings ringing in his ears, and shook his head. "No, I can fly. Take Camilla." He murmured, pushing his trembling cousin towards the car, glancing at the others. "Connor, Mom, Finlay, Alice, Brisa, go with Jenna in her car. I'll follow." He order, shifting into a crow and rising into the air clumsily.

Jenna looked at Lachlan. "Your crow form is small, you could perch on the back of someone's seat. I've seen you fly before, and I'm sorry, but you are not good at it. Get in the car." She told him.

Brisa sat anxiously in the backseat, mentally and quite aimlessly screaming at the others to hurry. Sticking her hands into her pockets forcefully, she turned her eyes to the car’s roof and took some deep breaths in order to calm herself, her mind drifting to her parents. Calm down! Mom can hold the ceiling with her telekinesis and her and Dad will be fine. It wasn’t helping. She squeezed her eyes shut. Oh dear God, watch over them!
