I'd leave it alone for now. I could see some fine veins, still absorbing the yolk. Watchout for that membrane drying out, that is how they become shrink wrapped while waiting on them to absorb the yolk.

That's one of the reasons I don't like to interfere, they windup getting shrink wrapped.

One thing I have learned, if I chip the shell along the path it will take in zipping the chances of it making it increases versus making a big hole.
