Yes.What do you mean by this? As a conversion from Fahrenheit?
You can't just say it's 37 Celsius cuz that could mean it's 99 or 100 F.What do you mean by this? As a conversion from Fahrenheit?
I'm not following. Are you seeing, say, 32.567 written as 32567? Or are you referring towards the tendency of humans to round to the nearest whole number?Yes.
I'm saying if you tell me it's 37 at your house how am I going to now if you mean 99 or 100.I'm not following. Are you seeing, say, 32.567 written as 32567? Or are you referring towards the tendency of humans to round to the nearest whole number?
37*C is 98.6*F. In general, measurements made in an informal context, such as a forum, are taken to mean an infinitely precise exact quantification of the number. It's mathematical rather than scientific. You can't just say it's 37 Celsius cuz that could mean it's 99 or 100 F.
What?37*C is 98.6*F. In general, measurements made in an informal context, such as a forum, are taken to mean an infinitely precise exact quantification of the number. It's mathematical rather than scientific.
You're still using Fahrenheit as a base system. It can't be thought of in that way. They are two separate systems which happen to be able to relate along a graph form with one random system chosen as the base.I'm saying if you tell me it's 37 at your house how am I going to now if you mean 99 or 100.
You would need to use the damn decimal to be clear right?
37.7
Or 37.2
