Next year I'm going to try again to keep real records. I know I had 9 buttons hatch, and at least 7 others at random intervals through the summer... maybe more like 10.

Wait... maybe I wrote the species of the chick hatching on at least a few of the hatch notes I have scrawled on the wall by the incubator.

I deleted all my batches from the app on my computer.
I am going to use it for only BYC hatches/batches.

I will keep the app on my phone for my own hatches to keep them separate.

60 myshire mix w/2 celadon set
54 eggs made it past day 7 candling
day 15 lockdown...tossed 8 more quitters/non-fertile
43 eggs with appropriate development/movement/draw-down and/or internal pips (1 possible external pip that almost made me pee myself)
3 probable quitters retained (1 celadon)

my candling skills are good but not yet “expert” level this was first time that I saw and knew I had internal pips for sure!!
and I refuse to give up on a celadon until end of hatch!!!
