I know wild quail hatch, but didn't know incubated can go broody.

I know Bobs & Buttons will, and I've read here in BYC about someone's that will go broody if they let the nest fill up. I only plan on using the Bator or one of my Bantams for incubation.

I just set a test hatch of grey cinnamon buttons. They popped up in my colony in wild type and blue face. Fingers crossed that they breed true!
