After finding blood smeared around the coop, I looked everyone over and didn't see anything. Today, one of the Jumbo hens has a large wound on her neck. Acting a little off. Wasn't able to get pictures before the sun went down and I'm sick also.
Do quail get abscesses? I'll help her tomorrow. Since it looks infected, the meat will be composted.

She could have gotten pecked and the peck mark could have gotten infected.
Front, right side of the neck. Weird place for a peck, but anything is possible.
