I agree! Not what I would call wry neck. I think it's a developmental issue, neurological in nature, idk for sure but I have seen this many times before ....the fact that it keeps getting 'steam rolled' by other chicks doesn't help in it's ability to keep it's balance. Give it a few days or weeks to see if it catches up with the rest of the hatchlings.
I waited two days. I couldn't wait any longer. I don't want problem birds in my flock. Period.
 
I finally moved the last batch of chicks out to the shed this morning after 1 jumped out and landed in the dog food box beside the brooder. (I retrieved it before the dog did) and I miscounted…..there were still 21 chicks inside 😵‍💫 so after I culled spraddle leg, I still have 49 in the shed brooder!!
