I cannot find a reasonably priced meat rabbit source locally though...
I paid $20 for Pepper, and I was able to have them breed her first too.

I can't believe I found a local rabbit farmer who wanted a flock of quail in exchange! I thought about keeping them, but I honestly don't have room for more critters....
I am waiting on ONE EGG and then this perfect set of 4 eggs each from 10 pairs joins my 5 day old eggs in the 'bator, partially to help fill that order and partially as a fertility/quality test.
Wish me luck fitting them in there
