The Godfather Dog!Not quail related but I’m kinda perturbed at my dog Mia. I let her out tonight to go potty one last time. When she came back, it was dark and she jumped up on my bed. A few minutes later I feel something in the bed and find the duck head that I had butchered the day before. She was chewing on it.
It’s bad enough I had to butcher something for the first time but YUCK!!!!!!!

How many are you up to now?!My 9 little babes are chugging along. I know I reeeaaalllly have to cull some from my Jan hatch, totally can't be bothered. And from my Feb hatch, 1 of my 2 favorites started crowing
It's lockdown day for my chicken hatch today
I don’t think I have snowy yet and I am kinda hoping that he has some jumbo. I’m hoping this to be my last shipped hatch for a while. If all goes well, it will put my flock around 100 birds so I can finally let hubby have a few on the dinner table and start setting my own eggs! with the current group that should start laying, I have the potential for pharaoh, sparkly, etc.Muddy! Leave some room for hatching your own birds!
