His crop is HUGE and full of food and water and air. When I picked him up and nudged at it, he threw up a bunch of sludge. It smelled a little bad, but not putrid. I don’t know how long it’s been happening, but the feathers are rubbed off on the bottom where it touches the ground.
Also, do you think it’s safe to put him back with his siblings? He’s clearly not happy to be separated, so if it’s not contagious I’d rather not keep him lonely.
