His crop is HUGE and full of food and water and air. When I picked him up and nudged at it, he threw up a bunch of sludge. It smelled a little bad, but not putrid. 
We got our patch of yard tilled and seeded today along with aviary 90% complete before the rain started!!! Just have to fill dirt into gaps and finish planting but will hopefully be able to move in tomorrow!!

I don’t know how long it’s been happening, but the feathers are rubbed off on the bottom where it touches the ground.
Also, do you think it’s safe to put him back with his siblings? He’s clearly not happy to be separated, so if it’s not contagious I’d rather not keep him lonely.

If somebody knows what’s wrong and how to fix it and it isn’t too difficult... it’s been a long week and I’m so exhausted, but I’d feel terrible if I just let it die and the cure turned out to be simple.
Your yard looks gorgeous! Did you do the railings yourself? the water is almost 70*! will be in it within 2 weeks as temps supposed to hit 80 this week
yes the backyard remodel project started last mother’s day! all the materials came from menards but home depot has similar styles. the decking is rustic grey composite and the rails are 2x4 with plain rectangular 32” bars. 2x6 top cap. I’m hoping to start staining/painting next month
