the supplies would have been $18, and eggs 18-30 depending on how many rares are in the assortment (my assortments are usually half) for total estimated value of $36+ so
yes 30 is good deal....(not a great deal)
basically $1 per egg with everything else free! when he was looking for 28....he was just winding down the auction to get final bids to come in.....highest bid wins regardless of whether it reaches “minimum value”

I think it should but I’m not sure. Maybe you could at least remove the intestines but leave the other stuff? But that might be too much of a hassle. I’m sure it’s fine cooked. Just don’t know if they’d find it appetizing haha although I wonder if the quail feed is safe for the dogs? Might still be in the intestines since I don’t think you withhold feed do you? And for the faker I’d maybe remove the bones but the boxers it’s probably fine. But for anything bigger than a quail I wouldn’t give them the cooked bones
