You can't really expect a seller to guarantee you a deliver date unless you pay extra for overnight shipment.I see you guys are bidding for eggs on ebay. I need an advise. Last week I bought on ebay chicken eggs, but I sent a message to the seller that I only want the eggs IF they are going to arrive at the address prior to Sunday evening (today). I explained I wouldn't need the eggs after that day. I paid for the eggs. The seller shipped them 3 days later and of course the eggs did not arrive on time. So I submitted a negative feedback and I opened a case with ebay. The seller's response was: "It was not my fault the postal service is so slow. I have a no refund and no return policy on eggs." I will wait for ebay's resolution, but meanwhile if you have any advice...The eggs are still in transit (no tracking number was provided by the seller), but I don't need them anymore.
The postal service has a mind of its own.
You should not have paid for the eggs to begin with.
