i dont usually post selfies especially when I feel like the kid in A Christmas Story in all these layers but for u guys I made an exception! Not much action so far for opening day.....

Saw a buck and a doe today but no shot....taking a break to pick up groceries and then hopefully back out again this afternoon!! Of course DH got the message from “buddy” this morning asking if we can skin and process his deer.....funny how they blow us off all year until deer season

Make sure to charge him a fair portion of the deer. If you do the work, you should get 1/3 to 1/2 of the meat, right?
