➡ Quail Hatch Along🥚

*slowly raises hand* I do. Sort of. The trick is to have no hobbies or leisure time.

I thought the only way to become a Super Nerd was to be bitten by a radioactive nerd? 🤔

Nahh, I think you’re thinking of Spider-Man! :p

I have radioactive nerds all over my house. Little pests. Always talking about boring stuff like rubidium isotopes and how doorknobs are constructed.

What!?

Shhh! Radioactive nerds are more common than you'd think...

What’s a radioactive nerd!? :pop

I hope I get a few pretty ones like this on Sunday.
:fl
I've got some insanely gorgeous birds from my HG eggs!!! Of course those are the ones that I've got sold this week...
I'll get some good pictures of them all when I box them up.
I'm pretty decent at writing. I'm part of a writing group and I'm in the credits for a few books. Maybe I'll go into technical writing.
There are a lot of things that I can do and I have time to look, so I'm not going to panic. I don't need huge quantities of money, so I'm hoping to find something that isn't 40+ hours/week. I also don't want to commute more than 30 or so minutes each way to work.
I'm not quiet old enough to collect Social Security or anything like that. I'm half thinking of buying a small parcel of land in another state and building my dream house there. If I can finagle it so I can rent out my house here and build a granny unit to rent out on my new property, I might be able to retire.
I'm crunching numbers in my head and looking at various options.
You know you've got 100% marketable skills that 90% of the population lacks! You've just got to pick what fits into your plans... your only limitation could be in being over-qualified for a position. Sounds like a fine time to follow your dreams. You could still teach, do your own thing outside of the college setting?
