Sorry, I meant malpo as in malpositioned haha. It’s a coturnix egg, one out of 30 shipped from Myshire. All the rest are doing great so far, just this one guy seems to have gotten confused

Have you guys ever had a malpo hatch correctly? I did a little candling today (Day 10) and one of the eggs has an aircell at the pointy end, not the top! Not sure how that happened... The little guy’s still alive and wiggling in there, think he has any shot?

i’ve never actually seen the aircell at wong end during candling! but as far as malpositioned chicks i would say 50/50.....really depends on how eager you are to assist (because sometimes that’s a bad thing)
