I may have one in my incubator right now. It is much bigger than the others. It weighed 18 grams, though, so I wasn't sure it was a double yolker or not, so I put it in.

How much is too much?

Uhh well i thought they were done and i opened the incubator probably over a dozen times by then and humidity had at one point dropped to 50%. But then i heard one cheeping and was oh crap there is still one alive. that was on day 24. but they never hatched.

also i will buy a few of thermometers now and hygrometers. i also converted it from still air to forced air

yeah they were in the cool spot i mentioned. 21 had already hatched starting with a pip on day 20

A ton will do you no good.
A couple is enough but you must calibrate at least one.
One humidity gauge is plenty...one salt tested one.


I use a Little Giant Still air bator.
