I’m taking after @Kiki today and am in bed already LOL

Probably gonna dream about quail

Maybe not.

I dreamed of giant whale sized goldfish in the ocean last night though so anything’s possible.

Mine took forever to hatch, but two were worth the wait.

I bet!! My chickens seemed to know I was watching and not hatch until I wasn’t lol seriously. One was almost out once and I was gonna help him out and went to get supplies from another room but then when I came back he was out missed him by just a few minutes. Most of the others hatched overnight. Like they knew lol

That looks like the size of my bantam egg. You have such nice looking eggs.

She was one that we off to the other day.

I had someone contact me because they "found some quail eggs by the road that are very close to hatching". I gave them the phone number, address, and hours for the local wildlife rescue.

I hope she didn't take them out of a nest.

every egg that I set made it to lockdown!!!
I put the eggs on lockdown tonight.
2nd time ever incubating and looks like I have a great hatch rate so far for quail and hoping it stays that way and ALL hatch in a few days!! So excited
