Kind of random and weird but I’ve got a few good things to share aha cause today’s been a pretty good day. Wasn’t sure it would be, didn’t exactly start off that way, and I barely slept, but some good stuff has happened lately haha
I’m officially under 190 for the first time in like... years. Haha I was last night too but still am today!
I’ve been hovering at like 197 for forever, maybe occasionally losing like 2, 3 pounds, or gaining a few, but mostly hovering. And my highest a few years ago was 207. Which I actually looked heavy then especially in my face. But I’ve been hovering at this weight a while which I don’t look as heavy with clothes on, like my face doesn’t really look it as much, but still definitely am under. So anyway, now I’m 186.6 as of yesterday and again today. I am slightly more when I eat. That’s with empty stomach before eating and after going to the bathroom. After I’ve eaten some I’ve been 188.8. So a ~2ish pound fluctuation. Which I think is pretty normal. But even at the higher weight, it is still UNDER 190 so I am pretty pumped!! I am starting to look a bit slimmer too!! So yay!! I plan on keeping it up. I think it started from dog sitting those 4 days last weekend and all the walking/hiking and steep hills I did!!
That kinda leads into the second thing. I did a pretty big shop last night which was kinda bad cause it was late and I was hungry and wasn’t planning on doing a shop but did. So that’s sort of bad since I spent kind of a lot again BUT I also got a lot and got almost entirely healthy food. Like fruits, vegetables, lots of meat, etc. the meat was the most expensive part I think. Plus I didn’t use my card so it was kind of shopping for the family anyway. The only bad thing I got was one pack of muffins and some organic dark chocolate mini peanut butter cups. But I am trying to be good and eat those slowly. I also went a little crazy with some dried fruit that was on sale but it was a good price. But I think I am going to return all of that stuff and maybe buy it cheaper elsewhere or not. I kept one pack of it. But that’s it. All the rest is really good stuff because I plan on eating really healthy this week. Hopefully it doesn’t all go bad before we can eat it all cause I got a little carried away
but I’m planning on eating healthy every meal now so I think it will go quickly ha so that’s good. And also a lot of it was on sale anyway which is why I bought so much. Like the fruit was all great great prices/sales for huge containers so I got a bunch. And some of my goat milk yogurt. And OJ was on sale which I don’t drink but my dad does and we are out so I got two cartons cause that was the deal. 2 for whatever.
Next good thing is lunch which wasn’t that good cause my parents got a big roast beef sandwich but thankfully they didn’t get cheese or mayo on it and there’s not that much bread so I just put a little tiny bit of mayo on it and stuck some huge pieces of spinach on it. I think the spinach is intended for cooking down cause it was huge instead of baby spinach but oh well. Still tastes the same ha so I made the sandwich a bit healthier than it would otherwise be.
And before I ate, I got all these steps in just from walking around the loop for like 10 minutes straight lol switched directions a few times so I wouldn’t get dizzy
Not the difference of before and after lol didn’t think I walked that much.
And the loop lol just down the hall and through the dining room and kitchen. Sometimes I also add going around the island a bunch too but I didn’t today. Makes it longer though lol
And the final and kind of weird thing which I won’t go into detail on is earlier before the day turned good I almost did something really stupid and ruined almost 5 years of hard work but thankfully I managed to stop myself and think before I did it which was good because it would have just made things worse and caused me to spiral. But I’m really proud of myself for being able to stop myself because I almost didn’t and almost ruined everything. But I did manage to and turned my day around and now I’m really happy and had a good day since and so so glad I stopped myself and didn’t give in. Kiks knows what it is but it’s too weird/personal to put here but I just wanted to make note that I’m pretty proud of myself for it. I know that’s really vague and cryptic and I’m sorry. But yeah. Idk. There’s a lot to be proud of today.
